Our Competitive Leotards Line is designed exclusively for gymnastics/tumbling/trampoline/acrobatics clubs, coaches and instructors. In order to place an order, you will need to complete and submit the online form below and email us with one of the following proofs of affiliation at office@nvleotards.com
- Pre-printed bank deposit slip with business name and address;
- Pre-printed voided business check with business name and address;
- Photocopy of your business license or Photocopy of your business lease;
- School team directors, please provide a letter stating your position on school letterhead, with the signature of the principal or athletic director
